TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

BY ENROLLING IN, AND PAYING FOR, AN OPTIONS FOR FINANCIAL FREEDOM LLC (“OFFF”) PROGRAM, YOU IRREVOCABLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE IN ADDITION TO, AND NOT IN SUBSTITUTION OF, ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH UNDER “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” APPEARING UNDER THE TAB AT THE BOTTOM OF OFFF’s WEBSITE HOME PAGE.

Collectively, the Terms and Conditions appearing below and under the tab at the bottom of OFFF’s website home page are “the Terms.” References below to “OFFF” shall include OFFF, its coaches, and any other representatives or spokespeople in whatever context, including appearances in or on social media or any streaming service. “Program” or “OFFF Program” shall include the Programs for which any payment is required and any presentations appearing through or on social media or any streaming service.

1. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

• OFFF and its representatives (including without limitation, coaches) are not licensed financial advisors or registered investment professionals. All content, coaching services, and information provided by OFFF are strictly for educational and informational purposes.
• No content provided by OFFF constitutes financial or investment advice. Any trade alerts or example trades shown by OFFF are purely illustrative, reflecting personal trading actions by OFFF, and are not recommendations for you to buy, sell, or hold any securities.
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, making independent financial decisions, and assessing the risks of any trades you make. You cannot and will not hold OFFF responsible for any financial outcomes, gains, or losses that may arise from your trading activities.

2. No Guarantee of Results

3. OFFF Program Components

Each program may include the following components, provided strictly for educational purposes:

• Courses: Structured educational materials designed to deepen your understanding of options trading concepts.
• Discord Community: Access to a community of participants and coaches for discussion and networking. Community interactions are intended for support and general discussion only.
• One-on-One Coaching Calls: Personalized sessions (if included in your program) are for general guidance and coaching, not specific financial advice.

4. Participation Guidelines

• You agree to conduct yourself professionally within the program and adhere to the community guidelines.
• OFFF reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation without refund if your behavior is disruptive, non-compliant, or negatively impacts other participants.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the course, the information and materials shared, and any coaching provided—which cannot be returned or taken back once delivered—no refunds will be issued.

By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Please carefully review the program details before making your purchase, as your enrollment signifies your full acceptance of this all-sales-final, no-refund policy.

6. Price Modifications and Upgrade Terms

OFFF reserves the right to adjust program prices at any time without prior notice, and no pricing is guaranteed or locked. If you desire to upgrade your program, the current price at the time of the upgrade will apply. OFFF may consider special pricing requests on a case-by-case basis, but OFFF is under no obligation to extend any past pricing, promotional rates, or discounts.

7. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

• By participating in any OFFF program, you acknowledge that all trading activities carry inherent risk. You assume full responsibility for any financial losses that may occur as a result of your trades.
• You waive all rights to hold OFFF and its representatives liable for any financial losses, damages, or other consequences arising from your participation in any OFFF programs. You shall not bring any legal claims, lawsuits, or actions against OFFF for any reason related to your participation in an OFFF program.

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OPTIONS FOR FINANCIAL FREEDOM LLC, its employees, contractors, managers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the program or from any actions or decisions you take based on program content.
• This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any claims related to financial losses, trading decisions, or third-party interactions resulting from your program participation.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

• By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• You affirm that you are trading at your own risk, and that OPTIONS FOR FINANCIAL FREEDOM LLC bears no responsibility for any trading outcomes, losses, or gains you may experience.
• Your payment for, or participation in, an OFFF program shall be sufficient to bind you to the terms.
